Miracle Road at PK27

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” – Matthew 7:7

God is awesome and showing all of us in Gabon and at E4 how much He will do to accomplish His plans. His faithfulness is amazing.  The road and bridge are finished at PK27, our social/medical outreach campus.  This road project was quoted to us at a cost of approximately $15,000.  How it was accomplished is clearly through the hand of God.

The road into the property at PK27

About a month ago, the National Church leadership and COSAC leadership team (COSAC is the committee that includes leaders from all of our partner ministries that will be represented on the PK27 campus.)  set a day to go out to the 65 acre property at PK27 for a day of fasting and prayer.  They were seeking guidance from God on how he wanted this land to be used, and also how to provide funds for the next steps – such as the road and bridge.

The group parked at the spot where they always do, and headed into the property.  When they reached the creek that they needed to cross to get to the rest of the property, they noticed some large steel culverts lying there. This raised their curiosity, but they did not think too much more about it, as it was near the edge of the land.  The team did their prayer walk around the whole property and then headed back into Libreville.

A couple of weeks later, Papa Jean Marc and Mama Jeannine headed out to the village nearest to PK27, where they have planted a church.  They were there for the service and then headed over to the land at PK27 because there were some people with them who wanted to see the future social and medical campus property.

When they arrived at their same parking area, they could see that the land had been graded, bulldozed and opened up and a road was there heading into our property.  When they reached the creek, they saw that the culverts had been placed, creating a bridge over the creek.  They were able to drive the road into the property, over the creek and to the back corner of the land.

Apparently, the electric company needed access to high tension power poles on the south end of our property, and had hired a local road company to put the road and bridge in so that they would have access to their power lines and poles.  What the power company did not realize is that they had provided an answer to prayer for all the leaders who had just been out praying over our land.  They paid for this large project and we ended up with the much needed road that is the first step for our plans that have been designed by Engineering Ministries International.  God works in amazing ways and this was such an encouragement to us all. This large project was done for free for COSAC and E4. This will allow the ministries and leaders that we serve with to raise funds within their churches and communities to start the first building, and E4 will match whatever funds that they can raise.  We are so thankful to serve such an awesome, amazing God, who shows ups – always, and often, in ways we could never imagine.

Our current team in Gabon did a prayer walk around the property this past week praising God for his answers to prayers, and praying for the future of how He will use this land to reach His people. Here is the team from Grove City on their prayer walk.
